Do you have rooms with balconies?
The ground floor rooms on the sea side have small “patios”, equipped with two Adirondack chairs. Some apartments in the Cullen House have balconies. Otherwise, our rooms do not have balconies.
Is there a fridge in the room?
Yes, all our rooms have a mini fridge and our apartments have a full-size fridge.
Is there a microwave in the room?
Only apartments, studios and suites have a microwave. However, there is a self-service microwave on the 2nd floor, near the elevator.
Do you have rooms accessible to people with restricted physical abilities?
We have two rooms that are fully adapted for people with restricted physical abilities. This includes all furniture and equipment in the room and bathroom. Important note: the dining room where breakfast is served is not yet accessible (we are working on it!). The reception staff will be happy to assist you so that you can enjoy all the choices of our buffet.
Do you have any rooms without carpet?
We have some rooms without carpet. You can request one when you make a reservation by phone at 1-800-463-0780.

Do you have a spa or pool?
We do not have a spa or pool. However, the beach is accessible to you just across the street.
Do you have a restaurant or bar?
We serve buffet breakfast to hotel guests, and we have a self-serve liquor dispenser offering wine, beer and cocktails. However, we do not have any other restaurant or bar services.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, we have an elevator. Some rooms on the 3rd floor and some apartments in Cullen House require to go up some stairs. Get more information from our receptionists at 1-800-463-0780.
Do you have parking?
There is free outdoor parking in front and behind the hotel.
Do you offer rollaway beds?
We offer rollaway beds for $10/night. It is important to make the request upon reservation.
Do you offer baby beds?
We offer baby playpens, free of charge.
Do you have charging stations for electric cars?
Our parking lot has 3 FLO charging stations that can be activated with the FLO card or with their app. Charging costs $1.50/hour. Get more information at https://www.flo.com/en-ca/.
Do you have a gym?
We have a small gym with a stationary bike, an elliptical and a weight-training machine.
Are you located directly on the beach?
You only have to cross the street to find yourself on the beach and enjoy the Baie des Chaleurs.
Is the hotel petfriendly?
We accept dogs, at no extra charge, in some rooms of the hotel as well as in the apartments of the Cullen house. It is essential to book by phone and mention the presence of your furry friend upon reservation. Please note that under no circumstances can dogs be left alone in the room; please plan your activities accordingly.

What is the check-in time?
Our rooms are available from 4pm.
What is the check-out time?
The room is yours until 11am on the day of departure.
Can we arrive passed the front desk operating hours?
The front desk is open from 6:30 a.m. to midnight. If you are planning on arriving outside of operating hours, give our team a call at 1-800-463-0780 on the day of your arrival to find out how to proceed.
Rates and payment
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival if you booked directly with us by phone or through our website, 48 hours if you booked through another booking site. After this period, the first night of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file. In case of no-show, the first night of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file and the remainder of the stay will be canceled.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast buffet (hot and cold options) is included for single or double occupancy. Please count $15 per additional person for triple occupancy or more.
When should we expect to pay for our stay?
You can pay for your stay in full by registering online via the link that you will receive by email or text message 24 to 48 hours before your arrival. Otherwise, payment will be taken upon arrival.
